What exactly do you do?
We source vehicles from dealer-only auctions and private channels that the public can't access. You tell us what you want, we find it, price it, and present it to you deal-ready. You say yes or no. We handle everything else.
Why can't I just buy from these auctions myself?
Dealer-only auctions like ACV, Manheim, and Copart require a state dealer license to access. Without one, you're limited to retail — paying 15–30% more than wholesale price. We're licensed. You get wholesale pricing without needing the license yourself.
What's a dealer or Dis/Exp title — is it a problem?
No. A dealer/dismantle/export title just means the previous owner was a licensed dealer or the car passed through an auction. It cannot be retitled by a private party — but we're a licensed dealer, so we can retitle it cleanly. It's not a salvage title. The car is fully road-legal.
How long does it take from want list to delivery?
Typically 3–10 days once a match is found. Finding the match can take 24 hours to a week depending on how specific your criteria are. Once you approve and pay the deposit, we go to auction within 24–48 hours. Title and transfer typically takes 3–5 business days after that.
What does the $500 deposit cover?
It confirms your intent so we don't go to auction on a handshake. It covers our auction fees and time if you back out after signing. It's applied to your final purchase price when the deal closes — so you're not paying extra, just paying early. Fully refundable if the car is unavailable or bidding exceeds your agreed price.
What if the car sells before I can decide?
Auction vehicles move fast. When we send you a match, we'll tell you how much time you have to decide — usually 12–48 hours depending on the auction. If it sells before you respond, no deposit is taken and we keep searching. Speed helps.
What do condition reports actually tell me?
Condition reports document visible damage, mechanical notes, and a grade (usually 1–5). They're useful but not perfect — they're done quickly by auction staff, not mechanics. We read them for you, flag anything meaningful, and tell you plainly: here's what we know, here's what we don't. We won't hide issues to close a deal.
What mileage and condition should I expect?
We only source run-and-drive vehicles. Most will have 60,000–130,000 miles. Minor cosmetic wear is normal and priced in. We don't touch flood, frame damage, or non-runners — the math rarely works and the headaches always do.
What makes a good want list?
Specific beats vague every time. "2016–2019 Toyota Camry, any trim, clean or dealer title, under 110k miles, max $7,500 all-in, need 2 per month" is a great want list. "Something reliable under $10k" is not. The tighter your brief, the faster we move.
Can I get multiple vehicles per month?
Yes — that's actually where the relationship gets most valuable. Volume buyers get priority sourcing and better per-unit rates. If you're moving 5+ units a month, let's talk about a preferred sourcing arrangement with a flat monthly fee instead of per-deal pricing.
Who is this NOT for?
This service is not for retail buyers who want to test drive before committing, people who aren't ready to move when a deal appears, or anyone without capital to close quickly. Auction deals don't wait. If you need a week to think about it, this probably isn't the right fit.
How do I get started?
Fill out the want list form above. Tell us who you are, what you need, your budget, and your volume. We confirm receipt immediately and come back within 24 hours if we have a match. No calls required to get started.
What do the ACV and Copart grades mean?
Both platforms grade vehicles on a 1–5 scale based on an independent physical inspection at the auction facility. For ACV: 4.5–5.0 is excellent (near-new cosmetic condition), 3.5–4.4 is good (minor cosmetic wear, mechanically sound), 2.5–3.4 is fair (noticeable cosmetic issues, may need minor work), under 2.5 indicates significant visible damage. Copart uses a similar scale: 4–5 is clean with minimal wear, 3 is run-and-drive with cosmetic issues, 1–2 indicates structural or significant damage. We only source vehicles graded 3.0 and above — anything below that carries too much repair risk for a clean wholesale flip.
